Refunds & Returns Policy

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! In an unlikely event that you receive a flawed product, please send us an email at support@wishlanes.com with images documenting the flaw you discovered within 15 days of the delivery date. We will inspect each complaint individually and our team will produce and send a replacement at no charge, if discovered that replacement should take place. If you are not satisfied with our product you don’t need to pay a single penny for that. 

Also, late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@wishlanes.com

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at ‘support@wishlanes.com’ within 3 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A WRONG PRODUCT?

It is highly unlikely through, but If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that!

Please email support@wishlanes.com with your order number, pictures of the item you received and what you originally ordered. Once we have received your request, we will provide you with further information on how to place a return.

WHAT ITEMS ARE REFUNDABLE?

You can return only damaged or wrong items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. Items must be in original condition and in the original packaging.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

No, wishlanes are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. You don’t need to pay a single penny for that.
